Ticketezzy Terms and Conditions of Service (Customers)

1. Definitions

  • “Ticketezzy”: TICKETEZZY FOR EXHIBITIONS SPORT & RECREATIONAL EVENTS TICKETS SELLING L.L.C, the operator of the platform.

  • “Website”: The online sales portal www.ticketezzy.com and any associated electronic or mobile platforms provided by Ticketezzy for ticket sales.

  • “Customer”: Any individual or organization using the Website to purchase or attempt to purchase tickets, delegate passes, or vouchers.

  • “Promoter/Organizer”: Any individual, partnership, or organization responsible for organizing, promoting, and delivering any event or service offered for sale or free of charge to Customers via the Website.

  • “Event”: Any event, including but not limited to entertainment, educational, business, sports, family, or religious events, promoted and sold through the Website.

  • “Ticket”: Any form of paid or complimentary entrance voucher, whether physical or electronic, that grants access to a specific Event.

  • “Services”: The services provided by Ticketezzy to the Promoter/Organizer concerning the Event, which may include advertising, ticket sales facilitation, ticket delivery, payment collection, customer registration, and other agreed-upon services.


2. Ticket Purchase Policy

  • Finality of Sale: All ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased on the Website or via Ticketezzy’s approved channels are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the limited circumstances described in our Refunds Policy.

  • Transfer and Resale Restrictions: Tickets are prohibited from being transferred or resold to any third party except to the Customer’s immediate family members or friends, or if Ticketezzy authorizes the resale as per these Terms.

  • Third-Party Resale Warning: Customers are advised not to purchase Ticketezzy-branded tickets resold through unauthorized third-party platforms, as such tickets may not be valid for entry or may be canceled.

  • Proof of Purchase: Ticketezzy may require Customers to provide proof that they are the original purchasers at the point of entry to the Event (e.g., original photo ID, Emirates ID/passport, or the credit/debit card used to purchase tickets).


3. Event Cancellation and Alterations

  • Promoter’s Responsibility: Ticketezzy is not responsible for any cancellations, rescheduling, or alterations of Events by the Promoter/Organizer. In such cases, Customers should contact the Promoter/Organizer directly for information regarding refunds, rescheduling, or other accommodations.

  • Notification: Ticketezzy will make reasonable efforts to inform Customers of any changes to Events as soon as possible.


4. Refunds Policy

  • No Refunds: All ticket sales are final, and Ticketezzy does not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the limited circumstances described below.

  • Special Circumstances: Ticketezzy reserves the right to process refunds in exceptional cases at our sole discretion. Such refunds, if granted, will be issued minus any service fees or transaction charges incurred during the purchase.


5. Reselling of Tickets

  • Resale Conditions: Tickets purchased on the Website or mobile application may be resold only subject to Ticketezzy’s written approval. Any resale without Ticketezzy’s approval may result in cancellation of the ticket.

  • Eligibility for Resale: The Ticket will be eligible for resale only if the Customer completes the application form, submits all necessary documents (including Know Your Customer (KYC) information), provides correct bank account details, and meets other requirements. Any missing, inaccurate, or fraudulent information may result in rejection of the application, cancellation of the resale, and/or withholding of any payment entitlement, without prejudice to Ticketezzy’s right to seek legal relief.


6. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

  • Collection: Ticketezzy collects personal information voluntarily submitted by the Customer. If a Customer chooses not to submit personal information or withdraws consent to its use, Ticketezzy may not be able to provide certain Services.

  • Access and Update: Customers may access and update their personal information at any time by contacting Ticketezzy.

  • Marketing and Third Parties: By purchasing tickets or creating an account, Customers consent to Ticketezzy using their information for service communications and, where legally permitted or with consent, marketing by Ticketezzy or selected third parties (including event organizers). Ticketezzy’s full Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used, and shared.

  • Social Media Integration: If a Customer signs up or links their Ticketezzy account via a social media account, Ticketezzy may access information provided under the social media provider’s policies. Ticketezzy will manage this personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.


7. Third-Party Payment Processing

  • Payment Providers: Payments for ticket purchases are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). Any disputes or issues related to payment processing should be directed to the respective payment provider as per their terms of service.


8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing tickets through Ticketezzy, Customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Service and the Privacy Policy. Customers are advised to thoroughly review event details and ensure their availability before finalizing ticket purchases.


9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Ticketezzy reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the Website following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
